-Seek answers to Logician functionality questions.
-Reinstate your user id when locked out of Logician.

Primary support hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

We recognize that many clinics have hours outside this timeframe and will make every attempt to support these clinical needs. However, due to the limited number of staff providing direct EMR support and the need for them to be on-site at various clinics throughout the week we are unable to regularly schedule Logician functionality support outside these hours.

Primary on-site support hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
